What are the Key Responsibilities of a Business Analyst? - Business Analyst will engage with Clients from the Pre Sales stage to identify key challenges that they look to overcome with their investment in the products, map agreed solutions to products and enable to enhance their experience and derive higher value through our solutions for their business. - Responsible for requirement gathering, creating business use-cases and user-stories, documenting the functional or business requirements - Responsible for in BRD, FRD, Use Case, Flow Diagrams. - End to end understanding of Agile Methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - Responsible for client interaction, communication and documentation (end to end) - Will be domain and product expert. - Exposure in process of Quality Assurance or Testing. What are the Key Requirements for a Business Analyst? - Minimum experience of 5 yrs in solutioning - MBA/PG in Finance/Sales/IT. - Experience in BFSI and understanding of Lending domain is a mandate. - Ability to excel in project delivery & client engagement while working in a high-paced, distributed team environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Hands on with MS Office and Data Analysis. - Ability to adapt in a face paced environment. - Willingness to learn and being proactive. - Open to travel Location of work : Chennai and Delhi
