ROLE DESCRIPTION

A Management Consultant at TheMathCompany contributes and drives key outcomes in client Engagements. In addition to this primary responsibility, there would be a wide range of opportunities to learn and grow in your career. This includes participating in Leadership forums, owning critical organization initiatives, leading thought leadership initiatives, Co-authoring / developing ideas with customers, etc.

A brief overview of responsibilities is detailed as below:

- Liaising with clients/stakeholders to enable translation and breakdown of Business goals, Analytics Outcomes

- Define and own execution plan to ensure meeting of Engagement goals.

- Drive creativity and innovation to provide great client experiences

- Opportunity to lead a team of Analysts/Associates to enable consumption of the analytical solution

- Participate in Leadership, Client Forums to design, own organizational initiatives

- Contribute to P&L and strategic outcomes to build leadership credentials

- Execute operational strategies to handle rapid scaling
