- Responsible for building strong lending tie-ups with NBFC's and FinTech's. - Driving Partnerships, AUM & Revenue Growth for the Partnerships & Alliances Trade Finance vertical. - As part of this role, developing the strategy, process and product design for on-boarding partners, negotiate contractual relationships, technology integration - End-to-end on-boarding of partners from lead generation to commercial negotiations, technical integration & closing in line with ensuring our client interest is met. - Nurture partner relations and give insights on overall business performance and efficient industry practices. - Ensuring adherence to a well-defined process of tracking the leads generated to reporting them both to the respective lending partners as well as to the internal MIS for monitoring progress. - Ensuring that the engagements are well formalized with the lending partner by way of agreement(s) and agreed base rates and mark-ups applicable, if any. Also taking care of internal closure with cross-functional departments like Legal, Finance etc.
