Role Definition


The WorldGrad is seeking talented, sales-oriented professionals to build a strong student admissions team.

As the Training lead, you will be responsible for:

1. Throughput of the Associates/Counselors on the floor

2. Preparing the SOP and the training modules for the Sales team[Associates, Counsellor (IELTS and TWG) and Backoffice associates]

3. Charter the training plan for all new joiners

4. Preparing a robust OJT plan with pointed interventions with the team

5. Identify TNI based on monitoring interactions and come up with weekly/monthly Knowledge PKTs

6. Liaise with the Product Head and seek continuous improvement in training delivery

Who are we looking for?

1. Qualification: Degree

2. Experience:

- 1-3 years in an Ed-tech/Educational institute handling the training function(should be ready for an IC role)

- 2-4 years in a Tier 1 BPO handling the Training (or LnD) function

3. Ability to design the training curriculum and implement learnings across the team

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Technology:

- Comfortable with using CRM software - LSQ experience will be preferred

- In-Depth knowledge in making/maintaining, and recording training sessions online/offline

- Entrepreneurial: Willing to quickly adapt and learn, and has a "get-it-done" attitude

Location: 91Springboard, Godrej Business Park, Gate 2 Plant 6, LBS Road, Vikhroli West, Mumbai - 400079

Work Days: Alternate 5 and 6 days working with a Sunday fixed off. (i.e. Candidates will work for 5 days in a week, 6 days in the following week, and repeat that)

Working Hours: 10.00am - 7.00pm

Time to Join: Immediate

Compensation: Best, as per industry standards
