About the job:
- The Whole Truth is a 100% Clean Label brand that does not use any preservatives. This results in reduced shelf life and a complex Supply Chain.

- The expectation from this role is to be able to crunch and analyse data. Using past data, future inputs from all sales channel owners be able to forecast demand and improve it over a period of time. Based on the demand plan, create a inventory plan to stock at all three warehouses pan India. Taking inputs from demand and inventory requirements, create a rolling supply plan to ensure no stockouts, smooth operations and no over stocking of inventory. Based on the requirements work with the production team to give them the correct input at the correct time for their planning.
- The Whole Truth is that far more people are aware of the brand than buy it today, and improved Supply Planning to unlock improved service times and fill rates is right now a bottleneck to explosive growth.
This is a full-time position.

- Excel (Ability to slice data, build Supply chain models, automate repetitive work using macros)
- Strong Analytical and data skills.
