Responsibilities and Duties -

- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.

- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.

- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.

- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.

- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.

- Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services. Experience in Beauty & Baby category's supply chain will be a plus point.

- Developing forecasting method to achieve 100% product availability round the month. Demand Planning & Forecasting.

- Timely follow up with manufacturing units, vendors, NPD team. Ensuring availability as per forecast for all SKUs at every geographic presence.

- Cost reduction through an optimized supply chain.

- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: minimum 3 years in procurement

- Candidate from Skin Care/ Hair Care/ Ayurveda products/ Beauty Product Industry Preferred

- Very strong communication skills

- Shows a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration In-depth

- knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms Management and leadership skills Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
