Responsibilities: 1.Help shape the future of The Wellness Shop. 2. Candidate should handle all the Commercial Activities like Purchase, Procurement, Logistics, Vendor Development, Supply Chain, Documentation, etc. 3. Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy of The Wellness Shop 4. Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost 5. Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies need to meet the changing level of product demand. 6. Lead and manage production planning and customer service of The Wellness Shop 7. Monitor and analyze current trends in the marketplace 8. Develop and implement new systems, best practices, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimizations in order to grow the business. 9. Manage / coordinate the operations planning process including supply / demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery. 10. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors, communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals. 11. Strong sense of time organization and urgency. 12. Able to work independently and within a team. 13. Experience in SCM of cosmetics industry a huge plus. Skills and Competencies: 1. Clear and effective communicator able to articulate the benefits of our model and vision. 2. Builds trust and confidence by utilizing effective collaboration and co-ordination skills and competencies. 3. Strong background analyzing the competition and adapting strategies and tactics in the marketplace. 4. Demonstrated expertise in online marketing, e-commerce and is technologically savvy. 5. Experience in building a high-performance team from the ground up. 6. Models learning on the fly, experimenting, learning from failures, and sticking with what works. 7. Energized by taking risks 8. Experience in marketing in the cosmetics industry a huge plus but not a requirement. Competitive advantages: You will be working in equity sharing basis.
