We are seeking a passionate leader to become the co-founder and collaborate with others, building our Company and taking it to next level. We have created an environment where the people that build the company get ownership in the company. This position will be intimately involved with getting our online marketing strategy off the ground and generating revenue. As a business partner and a trusted member of the strategic team, you'll need to share our entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to believe in our dream!

Responsibilities:

1. Help shape the future of The Wellness Shop.

2. Help get The Wellness Shop funded by investors.

3. Network for The Wellness Shop.

4. Strategies sales process and revenue growth.

5. Help define our go to market message, develop & execute our marketing plan.

6. Use every skill you have acquired to promote the The Wellness Shop model.

7. Analyse the competition and recommend strategic moves for The Wellness Shop.

8. Analyse, research, recommend, and implement processes and systems.

9. Collaborate with the Strategic Founders team in growing a strong, integrated, and sustainable organisation.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Clear and effective communicator able to articulate the benefits of our model and vision.

2. Builds trust and confidence by utilizing effective collaboration and co-ordination skills and competencies.

3. Strong background analyzing the competition and adapting strategies and tactics in the marketplace.

4. Demonstrated expertise in online sales e-commerce and is technologically savvy.

5. Experience in building a high-performance team from the ground up.

6. Models learning on the fly, experimenting, learning from failures, and sticking with what works.

7. Energized by taking risks

8. Experience in sales in the cosmetics industry a huge plus but not a requirement.

9. Should be well versed with all type of Sales Strategy like B2B, B2C, Online sales.

10. should be enthusiastic enough to take up entrepreneurship challenges.
