This is an IC role working closely with the COO. The role will require rolling up the sleeves and working hands-on on internal projects, as well as partner with senior stakeholders within the firm (across sites) to track and drive progress on key projects. Role Description - Play a pivotal role in the strategy and planning. Key ask will be to gather and analyse key internal data to facilitate better data based decisions. - Involved in analysis and follow-ups relating to P&amp;L, and KRAs across teams on a monthly basis - Develop action plan, and work with Senior Leaders to get things tracked and accomplished on key initiatives underway - Identify and implement opportunity to fine tune/ automate /eliminate, as maybe relevant, company wide processes - Involved in the annual and quarterly budgeting process - Work on strategic projects, of key organizational importance, for the Leadership team Key Role Expectations - High degree of independence in driving and leading multiple work streams - Attention to detail, while working with large quantum of numbers - Solution oriented approach - Strong analytical skills; ability to analyse data from different perspectives - Good presentation and storyboarding skills - Good communication skills - Ability to work with limited information and guidance - Comfort with ambiguity, and working in a matrix org. Key Skills - PPT, Excel (mid to advanced) - Knowledge of tableau is an added advantage
