Job Title: Sr. Manager- Marketing (Events) Department / Division: Sales &amp; Marketing Position reports to: GM - Sales &amp; Marketing External Interface (Enlist external agencies/authorities that you are required to deal with while discharging your duty) - Agencies - Event Management - Government/ regulatory bodies - Retailers - Sponsors Minimum Qualification :&nbsp; (i.e education, training etc.) - Graduate, MBA (Marketing) Minimum Experience - 8 - 12 years of experience in similar/ relevant industry; marketing experience is preferred Special Skills/Attributes :&nbsp; Required for performing the job effectively - Knowledge of branding and promotions - Knowledge of advertising, budgeting and event management Overall Purpose/Objective :&nbsp; Of the job Responsible for developing, planning and effectively executing of all mall events (non-revenue generating) in the mall in order to enhance consumption, increase footfalls and gain media mileage Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Design/ develop joint events, CSR/NGO related events with retailers, assess the benefit that can be derived from such events (for the mall/customers/ retailers) and conduct the events - Identify and finalize event execution/ management, creative agency, online advertising agency etc. - Ensure that the online agency manages all online communication for the mall events including connecting with users on social networking sites - Identify sponsors for the various mall events, interact with them to explain the concept, objective and target group of the event and finalize sponsorship deals - Coordinate with the Operations team to take care of house-keeping, parking and security requirements for the events - Obtain the necessary permissions/ licenses from the Traffic Police, Municipal Corporation, Police Department and any other relevant government/ regulatory body - Compile the customer feedback forms collected after the execution of the events, prepare a report on the same and provide it to the General Manager - Sales &amp; Marketing and Centre Director
