Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively) - Sound understanding of designing & outdoor advertising - Knowledge of branding & promotions - Knowledge of pricing / budgeting - Understanding of placement/ positioning of signages Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job - Responsible for strategizing and executing client sponsored events, sale of signages and other marketing initiatives in order to drive revenue maximization and increase consumption at the Center. Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives) - Formulate the strategy for revenue maximization through sale of signages to clients and the events at the Mall ensuring that the strategy is in line with the overall marketing strategy for the Center - Develop the revenue projections and detailed expenses for the year from selling of the signages, client sponsored events and other new initiatives as an input to the annual marketing budget - Conceptualize and develop ideas for conducting revenue events within the mall and review the list of client agencies from time to time - Review and approve the monthly calendar of events in coordination with General Manger - Marketing and monitor adherence to the same - Conceptualize new initiatives for revenue maximization such as barter deals with media channels, co-branding, gift coupons etc, identifying media agencies/ channels (such as magazines, other publication) - Developing a detailed plan for revenue maximization through signages in coordination with the General Manger- Marketing - Structure and finalize the rates for signages on the basis of the area/ size and type of signage, position / placement of the signage etc. and finalize the rates along with the General Manager - Marketing - Review the list of potential clients for selling signages and conduct meetings with critical/ important clients to understand their requirements and negotiate rates, closing of deals and obtain approvals for discounts based on the nature of the client and value of the deal from GM-Marketing & Centre Director - Ensure that the External Graphic Displays (EGD) across the mall are consistent with the finalized positions and branding principles - In coordination with Liaison team obtain all the required licenses/ permission for conducting events (such as PPL, IPRS, police permission etc.) and putting up indoor/ outdoor signages from the relevant government/ regulatory bodies
