Job Title : AGM - Project Coordination
Position reports to : Development Director
External / Internal Interface :
- Internal teams of various functions like Project Heads, Design, Sales, Marketing, etc.
- Vendors / External Consultants
Minimum Qualification :
- Engineering (Civil/Arch) + MBA OR Construction management or Engineering (any Major)
Minimum Experience :
- 5 to 7 years + of experience, work experience in a Real Estate Developer company in MD office or equivalent.

- Material Know how and alternatives available.
- Current trends in construction technologies
- Procurement strategy
- Understanding of current cost
- Worked on optimization of total cost
- Construction process improvement/re-engineering
- Construction process/material/quality audit
- Contract management
- Trouble shooting
- Project financials, creation of project cash flow and its tracking Assessment through data analytics
- Operations Review and Analysis
- Information processing - gathering and organizing complex information from several sources
- Should be good in Business Communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, costing and reporting

Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job :
- Support the Development Director by facilitating the business decision making process through effective data collection, analysis and generation of solutions for various business issues; review status reports and trackers to capture key highlights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support in preparation of Expense budgets at PAN India level across all businesses.
- Monitoring of the budget v/s actuals and providing necessary inputs for critical decisions and to ensure cost under control.
- Review detailed MIS on business plans prepared by functions and projects and prepare summary MIS to highlight any deviations from pre-defined targets.
- Research and analysis of Real Estate Industry
- Analyse data to understand underlying business trends and impacts.
- Attending meetings with Group Director to understand the status / progress and critical aspects of the of the project and to keep track of such meetings and the progress on the minutes
- Undertake regular follow-up on proposed action items of various departments viz. projects, liaison, sales & marketing, finance & accounts and escalate issues wherever required.
- Coordinate with all Project Heads/ Function Heads to receive periodic information on the status of all ongoing projects and opportunities, in the prescribed formats and submit detailed MIS report in timely manner.
- Prepare detailed spreadsheets and presentation material for top management meetings
- Assisting in Overheads and Budgeting exercise for the retail business
- Assisting in Business Development
- Assist in feasibility study, land evaluation and visibility
- Preparation of Project tracking MIS (cost & time)
- Cost optimization and value engineering
