1. Own the squad's goal and work with partner teams in design, technology & content teams to meet the objectives

2. Strategically break down the levers of growth into different buckets and define opportunities to go after them.

3. Define & prioritize the product roadmap balancing short term wins & long term value creation

4. Own and manage various websites and digital products of the group like Oberoihotels.com, Tridenthotels.com, EIHlimited.com, Maidenshotel.com and Clarkesshimla.com

5. Own and manage the digital implementation of loyalty programs (Oberoi One and Trident Privilege), food delivery initiatives and app based initiatives

6. Execute independently with high quality & a clear focus on creating impact.

7. Analyze, Learn, Improve, Repeat.

8. Communicate our strategy, roadmap, and our key metrics in regular product sync-ups to peers & other teams

Who should apply:

1. 5-8 years of product management experience in fast-paced tech (preferably consumer) companies.

2. Someone who has shipped several high impacts features end-to-end in their previous organization

3. Who has worked on a consumer product, specifically on problems related to growth, conversion & pricing

4. Who feels at home diving into data & drawing out insights. Can see the difference between good hypothesis-backed a/b testing v/s "let's see if this floats".

5. Thinks deep and bring clarity to what they want. Uses judgment & experience to make good decisions.

6. Has a high sense of ownership and a passion for product management.

Good to have :

1. Worked extensively on conversion or revenue goals in the past

2. Part of a company/org that has good product principles of high ownership

3. Worked on Travel Technology or Hospitality products like Sabre/Synxis

4. Additional exposure to Marketing/CMS based products like Webengage, Sitecore

Position Outline:-

Web Product:

- Define online user journeys and optimize the channels to meet the user requirements and which would lead to increased online conversion.

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps.

- Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth on the brand websites.

- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

- Work closely with engineering teams, design team, marketing team, revenue management team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.

- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Analysis:

- Analyze key metrics to understand and report user insights.

- Evaluate various external tools required for enhancing online experience.

Reporting:

- Conversion report based on traffic/ device.

- Others as may be defined from time to time.
