About The/Nudge Foundation : The/Nudge Foundation focuses on sustainable poverty alleviation by building a strong 360-degree life, learning and economic foundation for underprivileged youth, through residential programs - Gurukuls - along with a lifelong support system. As we scale within and outside Karnataka, we aim to provide the underprivileged youth with a high- quality Gurukul program, that will enable them to transform their lives. Predictability, replicability and scalability of our program will be the foundation to achieving this scale. We are looking for a quality champion who will be part of initial team building the quality engine within the organisation. Apply if you : - Have a Master's or MBA from Tier 1 school - Have strong passion for poverty alleviation and educational programs - Can stretch beyond call of duty, fully own your work and be responsible for outcomes - Are comfortable working and problem solving under uncertainty - Have experience in creative problem solving at work (in any stream) - Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning skills At The/Nudge you will : - Plan, define and deploy an internal quality management system focused on the operations at our Gurukuls - Champion a structured quality approach to solving problems right from identifying a problem to implementing the solution in Gurukuls - Define and set quality standards that will serve as a framework to creating high impact in the lives of our students - Actively work and engage with process owners - trainers, principals, wardens, operations head in process standardization and improvement - Conduct continuous process audits to ensure compliance and consistency in delivery of our program to students - Continuously improve processes by identifying non-value add activities, eliminating waste and improving capabilities in order to achieve operational efficiency in terms of cost and quality - Build a team of analysts and auditors who will monitor the process conformance to standards
