- The/Nudge Foundation exists to alleviate poverty, sustainably and scalably, and our work is organized across three impact streams: - Centre for Skill Development &amp; Entrepreneurship (CSDE): exists to enable underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives. - Centre for Rural Development (CRD): exists to enable families to come out of extreme poverty. - Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): exists to nudge and nurture top talent to solve for India's biggest challenges. the spirit of The/Nudge honesty towards our purpose | empathy towards others | continuous innovation | focused on scale | impatience towards our goals Role: - Head of Strategy at The/Nudge is a leadership role, and the purpose is to support the Founder deliver on organisation's impact goals, by helping him build and manage an effective and efficient organization. - Partner with the Founder and the rest of the leadership team to build our overall strategy and ensure the organisation stays on course, at all times. - Manage key stakeholders (board, strategic partners/donors, leadership team- ) - Drive strategic initiatives (could be inorganic opportunities, strategic fundraise, evaluating new products/programs- ) - Program-manage the operations of the organisation (goal-setting, budgeting, weekly/fortnightly/monthly/qtrly reviews, xfn alignment/collaboration.) we are looking for a leader with: - A strong desire for work that makes a difference in the lives of others - High energy and result orientation - Very high work capacity, and a natural fit in a fast-paced, start-up work environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - MBA from tier 1 college - Work experience of 10-15 years in strategy, consulting or entrepreneurial roles - Comfortable with non-profit sector salaries
