Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team. Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

- Managing organizational B2C & B2B sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

- Meeting planned sales goals.

- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

- The ongoing training of your salespeople.

- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

- Promoting the organization and products.

- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Product/Tech and Marketing teams to produce and deliver successful client outcomes

- Manage large Channel Partner relationships

- Identify and execute on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities among channel partners.

- Serve at main point of contact for your partners both internally and externally.

- Manage channel customer deployments, smooth on-boarding, training, and troubleshooting.

- Understand partner's unique requirements and incorporate into them into deployment plans and strategies

- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects with proven success and cross departmental cooperation

- Identify more avenues to increase sales including but not limited to partnerships

Skills and Specifications

- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

- Excellent telephone sales personality skills.

- Should be expert in CRM software solutions.

- Prominent organization and presentation skills.

- Excellent time management skills.

- Highly energetic and self-starter.

- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.

- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.

- Should be honest, assertive and systematic.

Education and Qualifications

- Associates degree or higher

- Relevant training in sales.

- Knowledge of computer softwar
