The Man Company - Marketplace Manager (3-7 yrs)
About the Role:
- Looking to hire a dynamic, entrepreneur spirited and self-starter individual to manage our online marketplace business.
- The person would manage the international marketplaces and report head of international sales.
- Working with the management on setting the strategic direction and vision for the marketplace business
- Owning and growing P&L for all international marketplace sales
- Executing on and identifying opportunities to improve sales via Content
In Marketplace Marketing (top, middle, bottom of the funnel)
- Marketplace SEO
- Deals
- Inventory
- New Product Launches
- Partnerships
- Any other avenue
- Manage key relationships with external stakeholders such as marketplace category managers
- Tracking bottom-line drivers across portals
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure day to day execution
Eligibility:
1. Key requisite: 3+ years of experience with a strong background in E-Commerce sales
2. Highly analytical and data driven
3. Strong work ethic with the desire to improve every day at work.
4. Bachelor is required. MBA will be an advantage.
