Role description: This position plays an instrumental role in driving business performance at The Label Life. The right candidate is data-driven, hands-on and self-starter with relevant experience in e-commerce business. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing marketing campaigns data, customer data, merchandising data, and operations data - Developing and updating weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards for business review meetings - Drawing insights and providing recommendations to improve business performance - Analyzing customer behavior data and creating customer segmentations and cohorts - Analyzing merchandising data provide feedback based on sell-throughs and profitability analysis - Drawing insights from website analysis for conversion rate optimization - Automating reports and dashboards for each business function - Drive the continued enhancement of company's analytical capabilities Skills and Experience: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics or related field. - 1+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce business - Proficiency in using Google analytics, Google tag manager, Excel, SQL, and BI tools - Has a strong data-driven decision-making approach - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement - Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams to work on cross function projects
