Role Objective:

The Lead International Business will be responsible for identifying potential growth markets and plan the roadmap for successful market entry and product monetization.

Job Location: Art Guild House, Next Phoenix Market City Mall, Kurla (Mumbai)

Responsibilities:

1. Research on potential growth markets for the current products basis the product type, target audience and revenue model on an on-going basis

2. Evaluate market competition, product features and trends with respect to key business parameters on an on-going basis

3. Shortlist the top 3 markets and study the legalities and formalities involved in taking the product to the identified market

4. Identify and finalize a legal partner to help in executing the legal and compliance to be done before market entry

5. Evaluate the product/s from technical and operational standpoint to ensure changes if any required to adapt or suit the market conditions, taxation, monetization etc; are addressed before the launch

6. Create a product roadmap with detailing on projected Annual Revenue, Marketing Budget, Customer Base (TG) and Acquisition Strategy, Profitability and Operational Expenses

7. Evaluate and finalize on the marketing and media channels that would be required to start the user acquisition, identify agency partners who can deliver on the business goals

8. Identify and finalize the on-ground channels and platforms to propagate and create awareness of the product and build on ground brand awareness

9. Evaluate and build team to expand the product further into the chosen markets / expand in other potential markets

10. Identify potential upcoming competition (local and global) for future buy-out, acquisitions or mergers

11. Create SOPs and documentation to follow while identifying potential markets, things to check and evaluate before market finalization, things to evaluate in the product to suit the market requirements, things to consider and check before defining the go to market strategy

KPIs:

1. Market Entered / Quarter - 1

2. Market Monetized / Quarter - 1 (starts from Q2)

3. Marketwise Roadmap Approval and Plan Adherence - 80%

4. ROI Cycle - 6 months

Experience & Education:

1. Experience in International Business Development for a Tech Product or Gaming Product

2. Has prior experience in taking products to International Markets successfully

3. Has understanding of the legalities and formalities involved in the process

4. Has strong research and business acumen to identify opportunities and bottlenecks
