Following is the detailed job description:

PRINCIPAL - THE INFINITY SCHOOL

Objective - 

The primary outcome expected from the Principal of the school would be to build a school that has demonstrated thought leadership in the region.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Hire, train and retain a team of professionals who are experts in their chosen field.

2. Establish and drive the culture of the school in line with the mission statement and core values of the school.

3. Be responsible for overall administration of the school including safety, security of the students, staff and infrastructure.

4. Design, execute and monitor policies and processes of the school.

5. Monitor and drive excellence in curriculum delivery across all aspects - academic, sports, co-curricular and extra-curricular.

6. Work closely with the management and the board to achieve overall goals for the school.

7. Spearhead the initiatives to make the school as the preferred choice for teachers, parents, students, staff and other stakeholders including vendors.

Candidate Profile -

1. Should have been a Principal of a progressive school for at least 3 years OR a Vice Principal for at least 5 years.

2. Exposure to all parts of running a school mandatory including curriculum design.

3. Must be analytical, a strategic thinker and creative problem solver at the same time.

4. Should have passion for working with children.

5. Should be a team player and have exceptional people management skills.

6. Should have proven leadership and persuasion skills.

7. Should have the ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.

8. Should be well versed with latest technological advancements in the education sector.

9. Education: B.Ed with Masters in any subject. PhD is desirable though not mandatory.

10. Age: Ideally should be between 40 and 45 years of age.
