We are looking to hire a core team member to head the marketing function for the school. Following is the detailed job description. HEAD OF MARKETING Objective The primary outcome expected from the marketing head would be to build the brand of the school through various outreach programs. Achievement of admissions target would also be part of the responsibility. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Hire, Train and Develop a team of high quality professionals. 2. Design and execute the Marketing Strategy of the School to reach out to the target audience through various ATL and BTL campaigns and programs both inside and outside the school. 3. Design and execute the Communications Strategy to ensure that the USPs of the school are communicated to the target audience effectively. 4. Design and execute the Media Plan to ensure cost efficiency. 5. Organize and execute marketing workshops, seminars and exhibitions. 6. Design and execute internal communications programs, parent communication programs and student communication programs 7. Design and execute Parent Engagement Programs 8. Design and execute New Enquiry Management and Admission Conversion plans. 9. Conduct Satisfaction surveys 10. Conduct Feedback Surveys 11. Vendor Management 12. Other incidental activities required to meet the Objectives Candidate Profile 1. MBA with 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector 2. Experience of working in a school will be an added advantage but not a deterrent. 3. Proficiency in planning & executing all communications, PR and marketing campaigns 4. Strong ability in non-digital marketing like organizing of events and workshops and managing print and outdoor campaigns 5. A passion for working with children 6. Excellent English communications skills 7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders 8.
