As our National Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of The Indus Valley. We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary leader who can take our sales strategy to the next level. You will be responsible for building and leading a highperforming sales team, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, and developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve aggressive sales targets - Build and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple regions - Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities - Analyze market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors,dealers and other stakeholders - Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the performance of the sales team - Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our reach - Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and promotional campaigns - Develop and manage the sales budget - Open to travel on need basis Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role - Experience managing a national sales team - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders - Passion for healthy living - Open to travel If you are a visionary leader with a passion for healthy living revolutionizing Indian Kitchens, and you are looking for an exciting opportunity to lead the sales strategy for a fast-growing brand, we would love to hear from you.
