At The House of Abhinandan Lodha, we are always keen to innovate and explore innovative and newer strategies to drive brand and business growth. Given the significance of digital, we would like to set-up a very strong in-house digital function lead by a senior leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Engaging with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and providing appropriate recommendations on execution.

- Creating business plans and GTM strategies and implementing strategic & tactical initiatives towards revenue generation for projects as applicable.

- Managing the P&L of projects with complete ownership of all decisions made towards the same

- Using data to understand sales trends / market trends / customer behaviour and making relevant recommendations to top management based on this data

- Developing new initiatives & new business units

- Creating policies, guidelines and SOPs around sales, marketing, and administrative activities

Job Description:

Competencies:

- Clearly able to differentiate right from wrong with a strong moral compass

- Capable of taking ownership of complex problems & structures

- Adaptive to different / rapidly changing circumstances

- Comfortable with operating within chaos / with limited information

- Able to work with a variety of people and manage their expectations with finesse

Qualifications:

- MBA (Top Institutes).

- 3-5 years of experience hard coded in similar roles in a networked organization

- Understanding of sales and marketing concepts & theory

- Ability to analyze data and derive trends/understanding from it

- Fluent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel)
