Required Candidate Specifications
- An entrepreneurial approach to business and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in a mid-size digital publisher.
- Well established contacts with both corporate accounts and Digital advertising agencies.
- Extremely strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts, individual targets and a team simultaneously.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Advertising Sales with National digital/ Online advertising sales.
Required Job Specifications
- Responsible for generating Digital Advertising Sales across the Country.
- Creating greater visibility and exposure with large corporate advertisers and the top-tier digital AD agencies.
- Responsible for meeting Advertising sales budgets, and servicing multiple accounts across different business categories in an individual capacity for the Mumbai/ Delhi markets and for coaching/ Managing the sales team members in other markets to help them achieve their targets.
- Leverage the print sales force and existing relationships with print advertisers
- Provide critical input on the development of advertising, performance metrics, campaign management, product enhancement, innovations and a drive a continuous increase in yield.
- Candidates with MBA are preferred.
