We- re looking for a full-time Marketing leader to help us take our English language certification (STEP) and learning programs to market. Our product, which includes the most advanced language learning and assessment techniques, analytics and artificial intelligence tools represents the state of the art in English language learning and assessment. Your challenge will be to communicate that value to new audiences across multiple customer segments - retail, K-12, institutions and corporate - and and drive breakthrough growth. You should have a 'growth hacking' mind-set, an incredible ability to get things done, and a willingness to try creative and new approaches to marketing problems. The right balance of creativity and analytical abilities are critical. Role & Responsibilities - Creating demand by planning, designing and running traditional media campaigns; working closely with the digital team to synch campaigns - Enabling the sales team with the right messaging, tools, and resources to ensure that they are successful in converting potential users - Executing and managing major brand promotional events for K-12, Higher Education and Corporate segments - Effectively communicating the product's unique and differentiated value proposition to our customers Key Requirements - A desire to make a difference to the Education landscape in India - Managing multiple stakeholders - retail & B2B sales leaders, ad agency, content creators - Exceptional communication skills - Experience with both traditional and digital marketing and advertising channels
