Position : Regional Sales HR Manager (North, East, West & South)

Location : Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai & Bangalore

Reporting to : Director-Human Resources

RESPONSIBILITIES -

Talent Acquisition:

- Support in end-to-end hiring process by sourcing of profiles through various available channels - Consultants, Job portals, LinkedIn, Referrals, etc

- Screening & shortlisting of profiles and initial round of interview and offer release in coordination with Corporate HR

Induction & Orientation:

- Effective onboarding & induction process including documentation as per the standard process

Learning & Development

- Assist the Corporate L&D / Sales Trainers in rolling-out of programs at Regional level.

Performance Management System (PMS):

- Hands on experience to design, develop and implement a business focused performance management system.

- Work with corporate HR and line managers for timely completion of performance reviews and recommendation.

Ability to assess candidates effectively and share feedback/recommendations.

HR Operations:

- Ensuring adherence to HR policies, processes & Himalaya values.

Legal & Compliance

- Attending grievance calls from the assigned region for field employees

- Handle employee grievances and coordinate with respective stakeholders for resolving the complaints with utmost confidentiality.

- Ensuring compliance of field employees in the region.

Desired Skills:

- Comprehensive knowledge of and hands-on experience of human resources function in Pharma/FMCG sales environment

- Overall understanding of the administration of compensation and benefits for the field staff

- Should be willing to travel across locations in the assigned region

Candidate Profile

- MBA / MSW from a reputed institute

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in handling Regional HR

Experience: 10 to 15 years
