This person will be responsible for designing and implementing the recruiting strategies for Heritage group of schools from sourcing to hiring and identifying high-potential candidates. This person will also be responsible for setting up new schools and ensure right people get hired within the given time period. Key Responsibilities : - Work closely with the school leaders in determining the recruitment needs, developing the recruitment strategy and leading the employment branding - Design the overall recruitment strategy to hire expatriates and local educators which includes enhancing employer branding, building sourcing strategies, designing screening and shortlisting process for all the schools - Partner with Advocacy and Communications team to help drive a strong employer brand and incorporate into recruiting processes. -Develops creative talent acquisition strategies and proactively builds an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure future talent needs are met. - Leverage social networking and other cutting-edge recruiting technologies and tools to connect with a broad and diverse talent network in India and Abroad. - Build talent pipelines for current and future openings - Prepare and review our annual recruitment budgets - Manage our external partnerships with colleges/campuses, job boards, and HR Consultants - Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) - Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of the schools - Measure key recruitment metrics, like the source of hire and time-to-hire Key Specifications : - Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role. - Demonstrate experience of managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives - Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks) - Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal and external stakeholders and candidates) If you have previous experience in a senior recruiting position and know how to build a strong employer brand, we- d like to meet you.
