The Hans Foundation Hospitals - Senior Manager - Risk Management

The Hans Foundation Hospitals (THFH) is looking for highly energetic and competent professional with hands on experience on how the Indian Legal System and Bureaucracy works. The primary responsibility are the following

1. To make sure THFH is compliant with all legal requirements (Registrations, Licenses, Permissions, Renewals and other periodic compliances).

2. To undertake Periodic Legal/compliance Audit and plugging the Gaps if any.

3. To maintain great relationships with all stakeholders.

4. To manage and review the work of our Legal Process Outsourcing Partners.

Following are the personality traits required to be successful in this role.

1. The person needs to be a Go Getter.

2. A Self Starter with good communication (both written and oral) skill.

3. Good in building and maintaining networks

A legal degree, though not necessary but desirable.
