We need a Senior Manager-Marketing for our multi-specialty hospital. It is a new position. So the person has to start the department from scratch. The roles &amp; responsibilities includes but not limited to: - Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies. - Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts. - Generating new business leads. - Increasing brand awareness and market share. - Coordinating marketing strategies with other departments. - Developing and managing the marketing department's budget. - Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. - Preparing and managing the marketing team. - Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management. - Promoting our brand through various events. - Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends. - An ideal candidate will be one having- - Master's degree in marketing or similar. - At least 5 years' experience of handling marketing of a reputed hospital. - Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. - Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong time management and organizational abilities.
