JOB PURPOSE: The role holder will be part of Financial Planning &amp; Analysis work including long-term plans, Annual Operating Plan, tracking and reporting of financials to country leadership and HQ leadership, and driving financial performance to achieve the plan EXPECTED END RESULTS : MAJOR ACTIVITIES : A. Overall Planning (Long term and short term) : - Working closely with finance head in driving long term strategic financials (3YP / 5YP) for the company - Closely work with other functions and anchor overall budgeting exercise and tracking of actuals - Plan presentation for leadership and investors - Quarterly / monthly/weekly business forecast - Submission of plans to Corporate FP&amp;A team B. Financial Analysis and Management Reporting : - Ownership of overall P&amp;L; working with other sub-functions in Finance and functional teams (as required) to drive the business performance to plan - Business performance tracking and management reporting (including Balance sheet and Cashflow). - Detail monitoring, review, and control over Opex and Capex budgets - Lead governance of Capex approvals by governing committee (build a robust business case for proposals) - Timely reporting and performance review calls with the HQ Finance team C. Process Improvisation and Value management : - Improvise planning process through automation - Insightful reporting to support business decisions - competition review, etc - Work on cross-functional projects to drive cost optimization/capital efficiency - Anchor Cost transformation initiative working with various stakeholders and manage complete governance - Assess funding need basis Cash flow forecast and partner with treasury team to ensure timely infusion SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: A. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS CA or MBA with the premier institute, with experience of 3-5 years B. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Experience in the area of FP&amp;A, Business Finance, and Operations Finance for scaled-up startups with B2C operations of FMCG / similar industry C.
