Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing PnL accounts, tracking manager/revenue targets.
- Lead, manage and motivate the upsell team of 5- 10 Inside Sales Managers and actively participate in the hiring, performance management, developing, mentoring, coaching, and motivating of the team.
- Provide the team with a vision and objectives; manage key performance indicators.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work with the team as well as independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
- Identifying the areas of improvements & KPI's.

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a product category.
- Graduate/Postgraduate from the tire - I B-school, with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience in managing and leading Managers with proven leadership skills
- Go-getter attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills (English proficiency)
- Good knowledge of managing CRM tools, analyzing data, and expert in preparing reports.
- Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking, problem-solving ability, well organized and adaptable with a flexible approach.
- Proven ability in goal setting, mentoring, and influence the team and ability to build a strong team
- Understanding and selling of Govt product experience is an added advantage
