Job Description:

- We are looking to hire a finance manager with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

- Finance managers are expected to be detail-oriented, knowledgeable on statistics, have strong problem-solving skills, and an investigative nature.

- To ensure success, finance managers should have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of an organization.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Ensure Effective and Efficient administration on accounting, financial reporting and payroll matters:.

- Accounts are prepared and reviewed as per the monthly timetable and in accordance with group policy.

- Ensure adequate internal controls are in place for all areas of operations.

- Prepare and analyze the India monthly accounts as per group reporting.

- Prepare a monthly reconciliation schedule and follow-up on reconciling items in a timely manner.

- All reporting is done within the deadlines.

- Document and update process workflow on a periodic basis.

- Periodically review and recommend streamlining of workflow processes to improve efficiency.

- Preparation of Annual Financials as per Revised Schedule VI.

- Liaising with Statutory and Internal Audit Team.

- Ensure the compliance of all the filings in line with the MCA.

- Prepare quarterly advance tax calculation.

- Prepare and review the service tax return and TDS return and submission of statutory taxes (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Advance Tax, GST).

- Handling of Ad-Hoc requirements pertaining to accounts such as income tax case, GST audit etc.

- Preparation and filing of tax audit, transfer pricing audit, corporate tax return etc.

- Fixed Assets depreciation chart and tagging reconciliation.

- Keep track on the open department notices.

- Ensure effective and efficient communication.

- Develop strong working relationships with colleagues in other departments and countries for efficient day to day working.

- Liaise with overseas colleagues on queries/issues relating to revenue transfers.

- Team Building and Team Support.

- Interaction with external parties such as Bank, Vendors as required.

Skills & Competencies:

- Leadership and Problem Solving skills in complex environments as well as the ability to develop staff's skills.

- Managing work (including time management).

- Adaptable, team player and ready to take initiative.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Technical/Professional knowledge and skills.

- Meticulous and diligent with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

- High level of competency in accounting technical knowledge.

- Must be able to handle full set of accounts for both financial accounting and management reporting.

- Knowledge of gross margin companies accounting in relation to revenue recognition.

- Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and accounting systems Tally.

- Ensure overall compliances in both the companies with no error.

Experience:

- Chartered Qualified Accountant (Accounting degree or professional).

- 4 + years of post-qualification experience.

- Hands-on experience in handling a full set of accounts.

- Familiar with reporting, statutory and income tax compliance requirements in India.
