ABOUT TRUEPROFILE & THE DATAFLOW GROUP: The DataFlow Group is a leading global provider of Primary Source Verification (PSV), trusted by regulators and government authorities across the GCC and beyond. TrueProfile.io is the Group's career companion app for internationally mobile professionals launched in July 2026 in the Philippines - that guides healthcare candidates step by step along source-to-destination career pathways: eligibility, verification, exam preparation, licensing, upskilling, recruiter connect, visa guidance and financing, delivered with a growing ecosystem of specialist partners. The product is live on its first pathway (Philippines - GCC) and is now scaling fast: a US pathway launches in September 2026, Australia & New Zealand pathways follow in December 2026, and the FY'27 plan are in place. THE OPPORTUNITY: TrueProfile is fully staffed across Product, Tech, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations and DataFlow-fulfilled services but these workstreams need a single owner who connects them into one operating plan and keeps the six-month roadmap on track. That is this role. You will act as the integrator for the whole TrueProfile programme, working directly with the leadership team, with the visibility of a Group-level strategic bet and the autonomy of a 0-to-1 venture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Integrated ownership: own the integrated TrueProfile operating plan, aligning Product, Tech, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations and DataFlow-fulfilled services behind shared priorities and timelines. - Operating cadence: run weekly workstream reviews, leadership and CEO-level reporting, metric dashboards and funnel analyses; make progress, risks and trade-offs visible early. - Launch management: drive pathway launches end to end GCC deepening, US (Sep '26), Australia & NZ (Dec '26) keeping partner onboarding, product readiness, operations and go-to-market in lockstep. - Growth problem-solving: diagnose and fix cross-workstream issues: onboarding drop-offs, activation, partner lead routing and paid-service adoption. - Partner operations: coordinate the partner ecosystem operationally lead delivery commitments, feedback loops and partner-success routines across 13+ identified partners. - Group interface: work with DataFlow Group functions (regulatory, sales, support, marketing) on app adoption pushes and TrueProfile-as-gateway initiatives. - Budget stewardship: track the growth budget against installs, CAC and revenue milestones. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FY'27): - Achieving installs and usage targets. - Proving the revenue model and scaling the same. - Live pathways across main migration corridors. - High consumer and partner stickiness. - Maintaining high app rating and user NPS. CANDIDATE PROFILE: Must have: - 6-10 years of professional experience; MBA from a reputed institution. - 0-to-1 background has built and scaled a new product, venture or business line from scratch (start-up, new business unit or corporate incubation). - Cross-functional experience spanning product, growth/marketing, partnerships and operations, with a record of driving outcomes through teams they do not directly manage. - Strong analytical and communication skills comfortable owning dashboards, funnels and leadership-level narratives. - Based in, or willing to relocate. Good to have: - Exposure to consumer apps and growth funnels (activation, retention, referral) or marketplace/partner-led business models. - Familiarity with healthcare, workforce mobility, edtech or international recruitment. - Hands-on comfort with analytics and engagement tooling (e.g. MoEngage, app attribution, dashboarding).
