ROLE EXPECTATIONS : - Play a leading role in implementing corporate Human Resources programs and strategies in connection with corporate initiatives. - Serve as the regional partner for championing global engagement efforts to increase employee morale - Manage and resolve employee issues; Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management; Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate - Analyse HR trends and metrics to develop employee centric solutions and policies - Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Serve as the local resource for all employee relations and grievance management issues - Support local initiatives related to talent management (engagement, recruitment planning, L&D etc - Process documentation and prepare HR-related reports as requested by leadership EDUCATION : - MBA (HR) from tier 1 college is preferable but not essential EXPERIENCE : - 6-10 years experience in HR with at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner SKILLS : - High EQ - Process orientation with attention to detail - Strong communication skills- written and oral - Strong interpersonal skills - Uncompromising focus on business ethics - People centric - Collaborative and a team player
