We are almost ready to launch our website for the buyers. We were building it up till now and allowing art submissions  SKILLS :   1) Coding skills :- Python- Flask and MongodB, MySQL, Javascript, CSS, Opencart, Django, Ruby etc.  2) Full-stack developer is a plus; Backend is MANDATORY   3) Writing algorithms/ MACHINE LEARNING knowledge, execution and experience are big pluses  4) Abreast with different upcoming technologies in the world of Pixels, Virtual Reality, Algorithms ; ideas for adoption followed by problem solving wrt Product & Product Development. Data Mining skill is a BIG PLUS again.  5) DOER- Entrepreneurial in nature, ability to develop the concept and provide swift and creative solutions and align with the product development. THESE ARE MUST - ; Solution architect   6) More importantly, someone who likes art ( colours, paintings, photographs, different cultures of the world), and can roll his sleeves and build something from scratch.   7) We'll typically like people in their mid to late 20s from TOP SCHOOLS to apply. You must not be someone who IS A RISK AVERSE PERSON AND LOOKING FOR A CLICHED JOB.  8) MBAs, PLEASE DON'T APPLY! IT'S A CORE TECH PERSON's ROLE . If you have an MBA, but interested in core tech, please write why and how you are suitable.  OTHER REQUIREMENTS- :   1) We're looking for someone who could take it over from our existing tech guys, and help in building the product and manage the overall tech process as well as put the tech in place.  2) The person should be based out of Mumbai India. First preference will be given to someone who is based in Mumbai. His / her London connections are highly appreciated. If you went to an international school, it's highly welcome. You can share the same with your Non Indian friends too.  3) We're okay with the part-time arrangement in the beginning ( read 2 months). Obviously, we would love a full time contribution above everything.   4) It's a no pay; equity only role ( equity anything between 3- 12 %) ; looking for a Main Tech person to build things along with us and be aligned with the vision before playing the funding game . It's a bootstrapped start up right now  NOTE : Our present tech guys are awesome, but they have admits from best graduate schools, and they must go and study more.
