The Better India - Manager - Brand Solutions (4-7 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Manager - Brand Solutions to join our Media team at Mumbai.
As an Manager - Brand Solutions at The Better India, Mumbai, you will :
- Understand partner requirements and identify the cross section between rich content, brand ethos, brand purpose & social impact.
- Research on brand values, the target audience and the core objectives of brands and curate ideas that align to the same.
- Develop high quality custom pitches and sponsorship propositions for marquee content properties.
- Conceptualise new content formats that can be tailored to effectively bring to life a brand's communication
- Identify situations where media can be used as an agent for social change and fostering the right partnerships to support such campaigns.
- Be enthusiastic about presenting concepts and proposals to clients & brand custodians.
- Work closely with internal teams (Editorial, Operations, Video, Social Media etc) to identify subjects & sectors which are increasingly popular to proactively develop campaign ideas & pitches and to ensure that the proposed ideas are engaging and can foster organic conversations.
Our ideal colleague will be :
- Someone with a background in advertising / creative brand solutions, having a minimum of 4 - 6 years' of experience in a creative/account planning/brand solution & strategy role in an agency or digital media platform
- Ability to think creatively to produce new ideas and content initiatives each on a regular basis to address the marketing, communication and business needs of brands.
- Having excellent communication, both verbal and written and presentation skills.
- Someone with a proven record and portfolio of work around creating big brand/ communication ideas which have been executed and experienced in designing digital campaigns with large corporate Brands.
- An independent thinker, comfortable with navigating and leading in ambiguous situations and rapid changes; able to operate in a lean team environment and enthusiastic about wearing multiple hats.
- Someone with proven experience in planning and developing digital brand and media campaigns that support customer acquisition objectives.
- Someone with expertise in campaign execution and ensuring the final content created is in line with the campaign vision.
- Someone who enjoys challenges, can thrive in a fast-paced environment and can meet critical milestones and deadlines with ease.
- A fair understanding of social impact campaigns and purpose-driven communication will be desirable
Note: Digital Media Industry experience is must.
