Job Description

1. Role: Product Manager

2. Education & Experience:

Under-graduation from Tier 1 Engineering college and atleast 3 years of experience in Product Analytics or Product management OR MBA from Tier 1 college and atleast 1 year experience in product management

3. Employment Type: Full time

4. Responsibilities:

- Understand user journeys and build world class products, which are scalable across large number of Indian and global healthcare clients

- Work effectively with multiple stakeholders - Business teams for user insights, Design team for creating new designs and Tech team for developing multiple products and features

- Responsible for NPS and growth of the product

- Analyse product usage to discover insights that lead to improved product adoption

- Manage internal products and tools, train internal teams on their usage and create reports from these products/tools to improve business outcomes

- Be the voice of the customer. Conduct extensive user-research to understand the customer use-cases and build and improve products accordingly

5. Required skills:

- Proficient in product wireframing - should be hands-on in Balsamiq, Whimsical or a similar tool (both app and website)

- Highly skilled on data analytics including SQL and other analytics tools like Metabase or Google studio etc.

- Good communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Past experience of building products from scratch and extensive product analytics is a plus
