HR PARTNER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The individual will work closely with management on a different aspects of Business HR Partnering, Performance Appraisal, Market Analytics on HR data, Succession Planning, Mobility, and internal MIS along with innovative methods to increase employee engagement. This role also involves developing and implementing HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, and supporting ongoing process improvement. Key Responsibilities: The incumbent will be managing the HR Partner role for the engineering team performing on below responsibilities: - COEs Group - Partnering with COEs for implementation of HR initiatives in alignment with business requirements. - People Strategy - Provide regular support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives. - Organization Development - Perform ongoing organization analysis and implement organizational change programs driven form the business needs and challenges, in partnership with the BL. - Talent Management - Support managers and leaders in all strategic HR aspects, especially in the area of organization design, resource planning, performance & talent management, compensation planning, reward & recognition, employee engagement, Succession Planning & Mobility. - People Engagement - Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience along with associated supporting events. - HR Services - Ensuring adherence to necessary HR processes across the business unit. Key Skills Required: - Ability to influence & work with a diverse group of stakeholders across levels. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous setup. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, high energy individual - Strong business and HR acumen including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative. - Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
