Title : Contract Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide support for negotiation and management (with the support of bid, finance, programme, purchase and legal departments) for contracts with suppliers and customers in order to optimize operational profitability and ensure compliance with company commitments.
In co-ordination with legal and finance functions:
- During Bid Phase, provide support to Sales Manager / Bid Manager, ensure the pertinence of commitments, identify financial and contractual risks and participate in the negotiation of contractual clause.
- During Project Phase, provide support to Project Manager, guarantee strict compliance with contractual commitments through to their completion, report on potential problems and proposed actions to minimize risks, and where necessary, compiles pre-litigation documents.
