Title: Senior Operations Manager Reporting to : Group CEO Work Location: Coimbatore, TN Summary: The Senior Operations Manager will be in charge of facilitating leadership team for the successful operation of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will also be assisting our Human Resources department with recruiting, and help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance. Responsibilities: - Evaluating Business units performances, drafting budgets, generating progress reports, and evaluating sales and revenue targets in coordination with business units. - Setting goals and motivate units to see that the set goals are accomplished within the specified timelines. - Devise strategies that would improve workflow, ensure maximum productivity and boost profitability. - Establishing new projects and partnerships. - Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. - Assist HR with recruiting. - Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. - Work with senior stakeholders. - Support team communication with the management team. - Build inter-departmental coordination within organization for all units. - Identify and address problems and opportunities within the company. - Manage relationships with external stakeholders - Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance Qualification: 1. Any UG degree is mandatory; MBA from Top B school preferred with 7 - 10 years of experience and 4 years of experience in operational role. 2. Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc. 3. Demonstrable competency in planning implementation 4. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics 5. Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office 6. Outstanding organizational abilities 7. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills 8. Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
