TI India is deeply involved in developing state-of-the-art solutions for applications like wireless handsets, wireless infrastructure (base stations), video (security and surveillance, IP phones, set-top boxes), High Performance Analog, etc. Worldwide Procurement &amp; Logistics (WPL) group is responsible for sourcing, supply chain, purchase to pay and trade compliance for TI. At TI India, the team supports business teams in design activities by giving right materials, tools, and services, where and when TI needs them. The WPL India team manages procurement, logistics &amp; trade compliance for India and Rest of Asia countries. The role is an Individual Contributor (IC) role in the WPL India and would be part of procurement team. This would entail : - Sourcing activities for different types of services including engineering design/ IT/ marketing/HR and other capital &amp; expense assets - Vendor management, - Negotiation - Contract management. - Driving operational excellence - Owning KPIs - On time deliveries. - Stakeholder management with multiple business teams, other operation teams and global procurement teams (CPTs) Ideal Candidate -&nbsp; - Management Graduate (MBA) from a good school with preferred Operations Management, International Trade, Supply chain Management - Prior to MBA relevant work-experience of 3-4 years would be preferred Preferred Skills - - Problem Solving, Analytical, Assertive &amp; Adaptable - Leadership abilities like influencing, team work, time-management &amp; multi-taking - Self-learning &amp; Positive Attitude - Ethical, Integrity and Value
