Our client is hiring Testing Delivery Head - Banking Domain to be based in Mumbai
Major Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple projects in Digital and Enterprise Applications Space in BFS Segment
- Delivery of Projects - 25 projects in parallel (including automation, functional, small to large size large project)
- Drive automation-first strategy and convert the KAM accounts into automation led outcome
- Convert the BAU engagement into outcome led multi-year Outcome-based and BVR Led deals
- Create Integrated Program Level Executive reporting and present to Key stakeholders including CxO
- Ability to work in ambiguous environment and deliver (eg: project with come with variety may not come with - Various domain in BFS, data migration testing, middleware testing,
- Experience of working in Agile methodology and agile project life cycle
- Identifying risks and guiding team (even in projects where your expertise is lacking)
- Test assessment for traditional and agile methodologies for clients
- Creating and implementing testing standards across
- P &L responsibility
- Handling Proof of Concepts (POC) and POV (value) including creating of business case
- Team coaching and mentoring
- Leading Banking Domain & Process CoEs
Essential Skills:
- 15-20 years of Rich Experience in Service Delivery for testing project including presentations, effort estimation module, commercial terms n conditions, technical solutions, engagement model
- Client Handling: Interaction with customer for new projects, leads, proposals, SOW (Scope of work), cross-sell, project reviews, escalation handling (defining governance model)
- Multi-geographies - India, ME, FE
- Incumbent much have exceptional client relationship management and Service Delivery Management.
- Must have handled large teams, effectively perform manpower planning, experience in managing conflict and negotiate resolution.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to roll-up the sleeves to get the work done. Effective and innovative leadership style and flexible to adapt to situations, challenges, and openness to learning.
- Demonstrate ability to organize, prioritize, collaborate with internal leadership team across functions and externally with client organizations.
- Enthusiastic and self-starter with confidence to work on new initiatives and drive them positively under strict timelines.
