As Content Manager, you would be working closely with content team and will majorly be responsible for managing content developers (freelancers) and content submitted by these freelancers.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimizing the processes involved in Video content creation to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Manage Video content files and records in very organized manner
- Tracking and managing all communication between in-house Video Faculty team
- Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement
- Serve as editor-in-chief for all Video content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
- Collect, monitor and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly
- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed
- Use subject matter experts throughout the company and implement an approach which focuses on quality implementation
Planning Guidelines
- Have clear goals and objectives for content creators
- Create clear summaries that state the purpose of the content and methods to access it
- Use techniques that create a clear flow that leverages technology to present the content in a way that the viewer can easily understand it
- Create feedback mechanisms that all the viewer to interact with the content's authors and the company.
Skills required
- Leadership and managerial skills
- Strong Google Analytics Skills.
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and good command over written English
- Past experience in similar role would be a plus
- Enthusiasm to work in challenging environment and meeting hard deadlines
- Past experience of appearing for competitive exams.
