Now is the time to join the force. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leading a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) of an Exam Segment. 2. Hiring and Training SMEs as per need. 3. Coordinating with Course Managers for planning Non-video Content requirements for Learn Courses in that Exam Segment. 4. Fulfill Content requirements with the help of SMEs. 5. Track Feedback and Quality of the Content as per the course plan. 6. Manage day to day SME team ops and optimize the work. Skills Required: 1. Comfortable with Technical tools. 2. Strong communication skills. 3. Should have proven Academic and Leadership qualities. 4. Should have worked on creating content of that exam for 4+ years and have appeared for it as a serious aspirant. 5. Has experience in hiring/leading SMEs. 6.
