It is looking out for a Category Manager who will own and lead the Teaching Exam Category in the Learning Team (Online Video Courses). Key roles and responsibilities: - Design a vision and curriculum for new Online Live Coaching by research of exam aspirants; by consulting with expert Coaching Faculties and SME. - Lead and manage the content team to ensure that high quality content is created; ensure timely production of the content. - Develop and implement processes; improve efficiency of content creation - Identify expansion opportunities of the category; expand the content team accordingly. - Collaborate with and manage key stakeholders - marketing teams, video production teams. - Improve curriculum and pedagogy of the content through feedback analysis, students performance analysis in tests etc Desired Skills - 1-3 years of total work experience in edtech companies or product companies or any fast growing startups etc - Have appeared and gotten good rank in TET exams - Hustle and get things done attitude - A passion to impact and shape-up Education in India
