Responsibilities :

- Analyze and research exams patterns, type of questions and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in Banking/Insurance exams

- Plan, develop and execute the launch of new Test Series in coordination with SMEs and other team members

- Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality

- Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for various exams

- Analyze the performance of content using high-end analytical tools, draw insights and improve content quality

- Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts

- Train Content Developers (both in-house and freelancers) to make them deliver better content

- Remain updated with latest pattern of Banking/Insurance exams

Desired Skills :

- Having 4+ years of experience in content management or similar lead level role

- Team Handling experience of 15-20 members

- Must have qualified banking/Insurance mains exams

- Good managerial skills and problem-solving skills

- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

- Good communication and Data analysis skills
