Job Description

- Manage one of the largest categories in Online Learning at Testbook. Lead a team of Course Designers, Teachers, and Subject Matter Experts.

- Design and Build SOPs and Processes for various initiatives to improvise the learning outcome & content consumption of the Learners.

- Improve curriculum and pedagogy of the content through feedback analysis, students' performance analysis in tests, etc.

- Work across functions (Product, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to align on the project charter & lead the end-to-end deployment.

Desired Skills

- Graduate with minimum 2+ years of experience in Category or Program Management roles at any Ed-Tech or Internet Start-up or FMCG companies

- Leadership and managerial skills.

- Past experience of appearing for competitive exams is a plus.

- Ability to draw scalable, long-term and global perspectives while solving issues, improving efficiency.

- A passion to impact Online Learning and thus shape-up Education in India
