Role and Responsibilities : 1. Gather, clean and analyse data to reveal valuable insights 2. Create data models and automate data collection to update plans and inform strategy 3. Create user stories, formulate business and functional requirement for the product team 4. Best practice research, peer and competitor review. Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and internal product development efforts 5. Conduct interviews and feedback sessions with internal team and end users and recommend enhancement in the product 6. Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) on release of new products or features What we are looking for : 1. Excellent data analysis skills, ideally with a technical qualification for manipulating data using Excel, R, etc. 2. Experience with SQL databases. Knowledge of working with MongoDB would be a huge plus 3. Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of building relationships with technical and non-technical colleagues 4. Ability to produce work with a very high level of attention to detail 5. Strong time management and organisation skills
