Requirements: - Develop plans and strategies, Manage telesales teams on data-driven decisions. - Organize and maintain sales operations - Take charge of recruiting and hiring freelancing staff along with Team Leaders. - Analyze & Motivate the sales team to achieve workplace goals - Develop sales training programs - Monitor market and competitor activity - Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs - Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans - Manage detailed sales expectations and plan accordingly - Work closely with the marketing department - Monitor customer activity - Create sales reports and much of a dashboard player. Desired Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience. - 1+ years of experience in scaling up high growth start-up preferred. - Demonstrated success in a leadership role for a minimum of 2 years. Should have excellent, communication and leadership skills. - Highly data-driven and analytical approach in problem-solving. - Drive for excellence. - A hands-on approach to work as a business partner. Salary Range between 15-18LPA
