Responsibilities :

1. Develop a vision, lead and manage a large team of Category Managers, Operations Managers, and SMEs to create high-quality assessment content.

2. Design and build SOPs and processes for various initiatives to improvise the outcome, learning experience, engagement & content consumption of the students.

3. Analyze and research exams patterns, type of questions and difficulty level to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in Government exams

4. Ensure the expansion of government exams across categories

5. Chase continuous optimization across all processes.

6. Analyze the performance of content using high-end analytical tools, draw insights and improve content quality

Desired Skills :

1. B. Tech/M. Tech from Tier1 Institutes with 6+ years of experience in Category or Content Management roles at an Ed-Tech or Internet-based Start-up

2. Should have proven leadership and managerial skills

3. Ability to draw scalable, long-term, and global perspectives while solving issues, and improving efficiency.

4. A passion to impact Online Learning and thus shape-up Education in India.
